Our Drain, Sewer Services in Stratham
Drain Snaking and Auger Service
A professional drain snake moves a flexible cable through the pipe to break apart, retrieve, or open a path through many common obstructions. Our drain snaking service can address suitable fixture drains, branch lines, main drains, and building sewer lines. The technician selects the cable and attachment according to pipe size, access, and blockage type. Snaking often works well for hair, paper, soft debris, roots, and compacted material. When residue remains along the pipe walls or the clog keeps returning, hydro jetting or camera inspection may provide a better next step.

Hydro Jetting and High Pressure Drain Cleaning
Hydro jetting uses controlled, high pressure water to remove grease, sludge, organic residue, and other buildup from suitable drain and sewer lines. Our hydro jetting service may help when repeated clogs show that material remains inside the pipe after a basic clearing. This method can be useful for kitchen lines, restaurant drains, commercial systems, and building sewer lines affected by accumulated debris. Before jetting, we consider pipe material, visible condition, access, and service history. A camera inspection may help confirm whether the line can support high pressure cleaning.

Sewer and Drain Camera Inspections
A waterproof camera gives the technician a direct view inside an accessible drain or sewer line. Our sewer camera inspection service can reveal visible roots, heavy buildup, offsets, separated joints, cracks, and obstructions. Video can also help locate a concern and document the condition of a line after cleaning. A camera does not remove a blockage or repair a pipe, but it reduces guesswork and supports a more informed service recommendation.

French Drain and Perimeter Drain Cleaning
A French drain or perimeter drain collects groundwater and directs it away from a foundation, retaining wall, or yard. When the pipe, gravel, or discharge point becomes clogged with silt, roots, and debris, water has nowhere to go and can pool, saturate the soil, or enter a basement or crawl space. Our French drain and perimeter drain cleaning service uses suitable drain cleaning equipment to open the line and restore flow to the outlet. We may also confirm the discharge point is clear and recommend a camera inspection when the layout or condition of the drain is unclear.

Restaurant and Commercial Kitchen Drain Cleaning
Kitchen drains collect grease, food solids, soap scum, and starch that cool and harden inside the pipe. Our restaurant and commercial kitchen drain cleaning service addresses floor drains, sink lines, grease interceptor connections, and the branch lines that serve them. Depending on the buildup, we may use drain snaking, hydro jetting, or a combination of methods. We plan the visit around prep, service, and closing hours so the kitchen keeps running, and recurring maintenance is available for high volume kitchens.

Preventative Drain and Sewer Maintenance
Scheduled service can help reduce sudden backups in properties with recurring clogs, root exposure, grease buildup, high use drains, older wastewater components, or a history of building sewer problems. Our preventative drain maintenance options may include routine cleaning, camera inspection, and a service interval based on the property. Planned care can help homeowners monitor a troublesome line and help restaurants, offices, mixed use buildings, and other businesses reduce interruptions.

Commercial Drain and Sewer Services
A blocked commercial drain can affect employees, customers, tenants, and daily operations. Our commercial drain and sewer services support restaurants, offices, shops, mixed use properties, managed buildings, industrial facilities, and other Stratham businesses. Available work may include drain cleaning, hydro jetting, camera inspection, recurring maintenance, and urgent response. We plan the service around access, operating hours, property use, wastewater volume, and the impact of the problem.

I’m a local pool business owner with over 25 years of experience in the industry and was recommended to top dog to possibly find a leak in underground pool lines. Charlie came out to the first job, was super nice, however, had a hard time finding the pipes underground when we finally started digging the pipes where he said the crack was possibly located. After tearing up the lawn, the pipes were actually not where he said they were, and there was no crack in the pipes that ended up being in the static drain and a green pool we couldnt dive. Paid this invoice with no questions although it did raise some eyebrows, but I did give them another chance. Later this summer, I had them do the same thing at a pool in Bedford, The tech called me on site saying he was extremely new and “thought” he could check. He was there for 20 minutes and said there was nothing he could do because of 90s underground, (Which they DO state if they hit, they cannot go around two or more.) Upon digging up of that line, The break was 2 feet behind the return in the shallow end with no 90s. They are now trying to charge me $400 for the tech being in there for 20 minutes and not being able to find a leak foot behind the return. I don’t know how they are with sewer work, but I cannot warn people enough that they have absolutely no clue what they’re doing with pools. Another company came out pressurized/check the lines And charged the same price to actually find the issue. Disappointed is an understatementPosted on Google![]()

- FAQs
Stratham Drain and Sewer Service FAQs
The Town completed a septic vulnerability assessment to inventory systems and identify areas where age, soil, groundwater, wetlands, flood conditions, or location may increase risk. Routine inspection, pumping, responsible water use, and prompt attention to warning signs help protect the property, nearby water resources, and public health.
A clog that affects one sink, shower, or toilet may sit in that fixture or branch line. When several fixtures slow down, gurgle, or back up together, the problem may be in a shared drain or building sewer. Avoid running extra water and request an assessment when several parts of the property react at once.
Drain snaking can open many compacted or reachable clogs. Hydro jetting may be more useful when grease, sludge, or residue coats the walls of a suitable pipe and causes repeated blockages. Pipe condition matters, so a technician may recommend camera inspection before using high pressure water.
A sewer camera can show visible roots, buildup, obstructions, offsets, separated joints, cracks, and other conditions inside an accessible line. It can help locate a concern and guide the next service decision. The technician still needs to interpret the footage because different problems can look similar on screen.
Warning signs can include slow drains throughout the property, sewage odors, unusually wet ground, wastewater near the drain field, or a system that struggles during normal water use. Reduce water use and arrange an evaluation. Rejuvenation may help some systems, but it cannot correct every failure.
The right interval depends on usage, line history, grease exposure, and how quickly buildup returns. A restaurant, mixed use property, or high use facility may need more frequent service than an office or small shop. The schedule may be monthly, quarterly, annual, or customized according to actual conditions.
