- What We Offer
Our Sewer and Drain Services
Each service addresses a different type of clog, buildup, or system concern. We choose the method according to pipe condition, access, blockage type, and service history rather than applying the same response to every call.
Drain Snaking and Auger Service
A professional drain snake uses a flexible cable and a selected attachment to break through, retrieve, or open a path through many common obstructions. Our drain snaking service can address clogs in fixture drains, branch lines, main drains, and suitable sewer lines. Snaking may work well for hair, paper, soft debris, and compacted material. When grease, sludge, or residue coats the pipe walls, hydro jetting or camera inspection may provide a better next step.

Hydro Jetting and High Pressure Cleaning
Hydro jetting uses controlled, high pressure water to remove grease, sludge, organic material, and residue from suitable drain and sewer lines. Our hydro jetting service may help when a line keeps clogging because buildup remains after a basic clearing. This method can be useful for restaurant drains, high use commercial lines, and sewer pipes with accumulated debris. Before using water pressure, we consider the pipe material, condition, access, and blockage type. A camera inspection may help when the condition of the line is uncertain.

Sewer and Drain Camera Inspections
A waterproof camera gives the technician a direct view inside an accessible drain or sewer line. Our sewer camera inspection service can reveal visible roots, grease buildup, obstructions, offsets, separated joints, cracks, and other concerns. Video can also help locate a problem and confirm the condition of a line after cleaning. A camera does not remove a blockage or repair a pipe, but it provides useful evidence before the customer chooses the next service.

Preventative Drain and Sewer Maintenance
Scheduled care can reduce disruptive backups in properties with recurring clogs, grease exposure, high use drains, or a history of main line problems. Our preventative drain maintenance options may include routine cleaning, camera inspection, and a service schedule based on actual use and service history. Planned maintenance can help homeowners monitor a troublesome line and help businesses address predictable buildup before it interrupts customers, tenants, employees, or operations.

Commercial Drain and Sewer Services
Commercial drainage systems often carry more volume and face different demands than household plumbing. Our commercial drain and sewer services support restaurants, retail properties, offices, apartment buildings, industrial facilities, property managers, and other Hooksett businesses. Available work may include mechanical cleaning, hydro jetting, camera inspection, recurring maintenance, and urgent response. We plan the service around access, operating hours, system use, and the effect the problem has on daily operations.

French Drain & Perimeter Drain Cleaning
French drains and perimeter drainage systems help move groundwater and surface water away from areas where it can create moisture problems. Our French drain and perimeter drain cleaning service can address suitable drainage lines affected by sediment, soil, leaves, roots, and other accumulated debris. Proper cleaning may help restore water flow through accessible portions of the system and reduce standing water around foundations, yards, and other problem areas.

Restaurant Commercial Kitchen Drain Cleaning
Commercial kitchen drains handle heavy amounts of grease, food particles, oils, and other debris that can build up inside drain lines over time. Our restaurant commercial kitchen drain cleaning service helps address suitable kitchen drain and sewer line blockages and buildup that can interfere with daily operations. Service may include drain snaking, cleaning, hydro jetting, or camera inspection depending on the line and condition. We work around the needs of the facility to help reduce disruptions and keep critical kitchen drainage systems operating properly.

I’m a local pool business owner with over 25 years of experience in the industry and was recommended to top dog to possibly find a leak in underground pool lines. Charlie came out to the first job, was super nice, however, had a hard time finding the pipes underground when we finally started digging the pipes where he said the crack was possibly located. After tearing up the lawn, the pipes were actually not where he said they were, and there was no crack in the pipes that ended up being in the static drain and a green pool we couldnt dive. Paid this invoice with no questions although it did raise some eyebrows, but I did give them another chance. Later this summer, I had them do the same thing at a pool in Bedford, The tech called me on site saying he was extremely new and “thought” he could check. He was there for 20 minutes and said there was nothing he could do because of 90s underground, (Which they DO state if they hit, they cannot go around two or more.) Upon digging up of that line, The break was 2 feet behind the return in the shallow end with no 90s. They are now trying to charge me $400 for the tech being in there for 20 minutes and not being able to find a leak foot behind the return. I don’t know how they are with sewer work, but I cannot warn people enough that they have absolutely no clue what they’re doing with pools. Another company came out pressurized/check the lines And charged the same price to actually find the issue. Disappointed is an understatementPosted on Google![]()

- FAQs
Hooksett Sewer and Drain Service FAQs
A problem that affects one sink, shower, or toilet may sit in that fixture or branch line. When several fixtures slow down, gurgle, or back up together, the obstruction may be in a shared drain or main line. Stop unnecessary water use and request an assessment when several areas react at once.
Drain snaking can open many compacted or reachable clogs. Hydro jetting may be more useful when grease, sludge, or residue coats the walls of a suitable pipe and causes repeated blockages. The pipe condition matters, so a technician may recommend camera inspection before using high pressure water.
A sewer camera can show visible roots, buildup, obstructions, offsets, separated joints, cracks, and other conditions inside an accessible line. It can also help locate a concern and guide the next service decision. The technician still needs to interpret the footage because different issues can appear similar on screen.
No. Hooksett maintains municipal sewer infrastructure in served areas, but properties outside those connections may use onsite septic systems. The correct service depends on how the property manages wastewater and where the problem appears. Tell the technician whether the property connects to sewer or uses septic when you request service.
The right schedule depends on usage, line history, grease exposure, and how quickly buildup returns. Restaurants and high use properties may need more frequent service than offices or retail spaces. A monthly, quarterly, annual, or custom schedule should reflect actual conditions rather than a fixed rule.
No. High pressure water is not the right choice for every line. Pipe material, age, visible damage, access, and blockage type all affect whether hydro jetting is appropriate. The technician may recommend another cleaning method or camera inspection when the pipe condition is uncertain.
Yes. Top Dog Sewer & Drain offers 24/7 emergency service availability in Hooksett. Call (603) 439 2828 when sewage enters the property, wastewater rises through a lower drain, several fixtures stop working, or a blocked commercial line interrupts essential operations.
