We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests based on location and availability.

4. APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING

4.1 Service Requests

Service requests can be made via phone, text, email, or our website contact form
We aim to respond to all inquiries within one hour during business hours
Emergency requests are handled 24/7/365

4.2 Arrival Times

For emergencies, we aim for a 45-minute or less response time in the Manchester area
